Shenzhen Airlines is pleased to announce a commuting option for both our B737 and A320 Captain positions.  This change is aimed at being able to accommodate applicants that want to live in China and those that wish to commute.   There has also been increases in benefits compared to the previous contract. Pay scales differ depending between these by giving more pay to crewmembers who are available to fly more frequently.  The percentage of difference is based on the amount of time you are in China and available to fly.
