Captain Jon Viele who is currently a Captain on the B737NG flying for Shenzhen Airlines was recently featured in several news outlets in China.  On November 12, 2009 Captain Viele volunteered at QSI (International School located in Shenzhen) to explain the duties and responsibilities for crew members who fly for Shenzhen Airlines.

Captain Viele along with 150 foreign flight crew have are currently flying for Shenzhen Airlines on the A320 and B737NG.  Shenzhen Airlines plans to hire an additional 110+ crew members in 2010.
