WASINC Intl. has signed an agreement with Deer Air to provide A320 Captains for their operations in China.  Deer Air is part of the Hainan Air Group, and was founded in 2006. 

Deer's fleet consists of primarily A319 aircraft.  The recently been granted expanded rights to scheduled passenger service, and have crew bases in Xian and Guangzhou.  Deer Airlines will allow crewmembers to commute for this position by offering a 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation.
