No license limitations (e.g., VMC circle to land restriction)

Compensation: About $174,600 per year (net)

B767: Total compensation: $14,500/mo (net) plus travel benefits.
Salary based on 825 hours per year. Includes the following items:
$10,800/mo base salary
$18,000 every 6 months bonus
5,000RMB/mo housing allowance ($745)
$2,000RMB/mo transportation allowance ($300)
Overtime: $200/hour paid over 825 hours per year
Paid Personal Leave - 30 Days (not applicable during 1st three months of service)
Uniforms, manuals, overnight bag, flight bag and headset provided
Discounted Travel -
3 round trip staff travel tickets on Hainan network during first 12 months of service.
Increase 1 round trip per year of service.
4 round trips per year (confirmed economy class). Except on embargo periods in peak season.
Must pay airport tax.
Six weeks on, two weeks off schedule
No paid annual leave with this option
Pay and benefits the same as above.
Sick leave: 10 days per year
Days off (two options)
Live in China, receive 7 consecutive days off per month, with 30 days paid leave per year
Commuter, receive 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off schedule with no paid leave
Training pay: Training rates will continue for a maximum of 90 days or until you are cleared for flight duty. Training pay will be 60% of full pay.
Salary paid offshore. Expat tax benefits may apply.

Uniform, flight bag and headset provided
HNA international route: 3 round trips for first 12 months service, increasing one per year
HNA domestic route: 4 round trips per year confirmed economy seat.
Crew may use jump seat on international and domestic routes without limit (service charge applies).
Chinese income taxes will be paid by Hainan Airlines. Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Consult your CPA for tax advice.
International Medical Insurance Coverage is optional and will cover you and your family anywhere in the world.
